Diamond Resorts

My partner and I actually booked our stay via Air bnb. However we loved the Resort so much I decided to write a google review as well. Rooms are as big as an apartment, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, bbq's are outside near the pool, two balconies, heated pool year round, big size spa for multiple couples that's open late, and free parking. Comfy bed, and a pull out couch. Very clean. Nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion provided. Reception was very informative about free shuttles, where all the nearest hiking trails are, and even provided a map, dietary restricted restaurants, and informed us that this location has been purchased by Hilton, and they provide points! Air bnb informed us after purchase about a resort fee(which you will still have to pay even if you don't book with Air bnb), $50 a day. Which is still affordable. Our only complaint, and explanation for a 4 star on rooms, is because we stayed on the lower level, and unfortunately we could hear the people above us walking around sometimes very late and very early. Being an older building im assuming its just a sound proofing issue. So, if you're a light sleeper like myself, some white noise or ear plugs are a must, or if you're a heavy sleeper like my partner, you'll have zero problems.

Both Diamond resorts in sedona are great. The 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom accommodations are great.

Stayed here a few times. The spaces are nice and the resort is nicely located. When we last stayed our room was not fully cleaned in particular there was food from another guest left in the fridge. First time I stayed I was 9 so back then I really appreciated the coloring book from the innkeeper. I don't know if they still do those though.

Place is clean,we had two bedrooms accommodations and its good with the price we pay.

Great room and facilities. I did not like the high pressure to attend a time share presentation.
